Our classes and parties are designed to empower youngsters by helping them acquire the skills, confidence and positive self-image needed to become healthy young adults. My Gym has classes for all ages with uniquely designed programs to keep your children moving and active. They emphasize physical development and personal success with changing themes and activities to keep your children excited. My Gym offers a ton of fun classes that include parent participation classes for children 6 weeks to 3 years in age, and independent classes for children up to 13. The staff is fun, full of energy and keep the children engaged and eager to participate.

Our My Gym Birthday Parties are action-packed and exciting! The children are active throughout the event, and the birthday child is the center of all activities. Our experienced teachers handle everything, as they make sure everyone has a blast – parents and children alike!
